1. Nature of the Services & Total Personal Responsibility

  • Voluntary Participation: Participation in KAIRÉ’s gatherings, ceremonies, retreats, and therapeutic processes occurs on a completely voluntary basis.

  • No Medical Treatment: KAIRÉ’s services encompass spiritual and holistic guidance with authentic Amazonian plant medicine. These services in no way replace regular medical or psychiatric care.

  • Personal Healing Journey: The participant accepts full responsibility for their own physical, mental, and emotional process, decisions, insights, and integration—before, during, and after the ceremony or retreat.

2. Health, Transparency & Safety

  • Honest Communication: The participant commits to openly and honestly communicating all relevant physical, psychological, emotional, and medical information (including medication use) with the facilitator(s) prior to and during the gathering.

  • Immediate Reporting in Case of Emergency: The participant shall immediately inform the facilitators upon experiencing severe emotional dysregulation, mental blockages, thoughts of self-harm, or any other urgent concern regarding their own well-being or that of others.

3. Confidentiality & Privacy of the Circle

  • Confidentiality: All personal experiences, stories, and information shared by co-participants or facilitators within the ceremony or retreat are strictly confidential.

  • Respect for the Space: The participant is not permitted to share information or visual/audio material of other individuals without their explicit, prior written consent.

4. Respect, Boundaries & Group Dynamics

  • Conduct: The participant treats facilitators, the support team, the venue, and co-participants with the utmost respect and honors personal boundaries.

  • Safe Container: The participant actively contributes to maintaining a safe, held, and supportive environment for the entire group.

5. Betaling, Annulering & Restitutie

  • Payment Terms: The participant commits to fulfilling the agreed payment obligations and payment terms.

  • Cancellation Policy: In the event of cancellation or modification of participation, the specifically communicated cancellation and refund terms of the respective ceremony or gathering apply.

6. Feedback, Integrity & Reputation

  • Direct Dialogue: Any questions, concerns, dissatisfaction, or feedback will be discussed directly with the facilitator(s) by the participant in a timely, open manner, and in a spirit of mutual respect.

  • Protection of the Group and Facilitators: The participant commits to resolving any disputes through direct dialogue and to refraining from publicly or online disseminating harmful or incomplete statements that could damage the integrity, group process, or professional reputation of KAIRÉ and its facilitators.
